Membership Pricing

Our fees are simple, transparent, and predictable — no hidden charges or surprise bills. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying and exactly what you’re getting.

This is a membership subscription - not per-visit care. Like a gym membership, you pay a monthly fee regardless of whether you use visits in any given month. You are purchasing access to care, not per-visit charges. The first 6 months is a commitment period. You cannot cancel early except in extraordinary circumstances at the physician’s discretion.

One-Time Enrollment Fee

Covers initial setup and administrative costs

  • Individual: $75

  • Couple: $125

  • Family: $150 (3+ from same household)

Monthly Membership Fees

Newborn - 17yr: $40 / mo
Comprehensive pediatric care: well visits, urgent needs, ongoing support

Ages 18+: $100 / mo
Preventive care, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and whole-person wellness.

Payment Methods & Processing Fees

Membership fees are billed automatically each month. We offer the following payment options:

Debit Card or ACH Bank Transfer: No processing fee. Choose this option to avoid charges entirely.

Credit Card: 2.99% processing fee applies. This fee is charged in addition to your membership fee.

To avoid the fee: Switch to debit card or ACH bank transfer at any time.
