A structured, evidence-based program designed to strengthen the core, improve pelvic floor function, and support overall movement and stability.

While especially helpful for postpartum recovery and diastasis recti, I recommend this for most women—regardless of stage of life—as a safe, effective way to build strength and support long-term health.

The program combines core training, resistance exercise, and aerobic movement into a single, guided approach that can be done at home with minimal equipment (just dumbbells and a resistance band).
