What to expect: Your Meet & Greet is a relaxed, 15-minute visit — in person or by phone — to see the clinic, meet Dr. Martin, and ask anything about how we work. No medical care is provided at this visit; it's simply to see whether we're the right fit for you and your family.

A little homework (optional): Come with two things in mind — what's prompting your interest in a different kind of care right now, and what you'd want your health to look like a year from now. Those answers help us make the most of our time together.

How we practice: Good Steward Health is a direct primary care clinic. You pay a simple monthly membership for direct, unhurried access to your physician — no insurance, no copays, no rushed visits. Our care is root-cause and whole-person, with a strong emphasis on nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle, and a conservative approach to medications.

Membership at a glance: one-time enrollment fee ($75-$150 depending on number of enrollees) · $100/mo per adult · $40/mo per child · 6-month commitment· HSA-eligible as of 2026.
